ORDER YOUR PEDOMETERS
The Power of Prevention School Health Program has had such wonderful success this year that we are out of pedometers for the 2007-2008 school year. You are more than welcome to submit an order for the 2008-2009 school year. All orders submitted will be filled August 2008.

Please complete the following to receive your POP pedometers.
(Please allow 15-20 days for delivery of supplies. If you need them sooner, please email Lauren Corley at lcorley@aace.com for arrangements
You must fill in all of the following information to receive your POP supplies.

After completing this form, please be sure to sign your students up for the President's Challenge from the POP website. In each student's registration, join Group Name: Power of Prevention and Group ID: 58661. POP will then pay for your students to receive their certificate and emblem upon completion of the challenge.
