Power of Prevention (POP) is a free program designed to show the benefits of physical activity and proper nutrition on various endocrine related disorders.  You'll also find information on the diagnosis, treatment, and management of those disorders, compiled by some of the world's most respected endocrinologists.  Children (link to kids page) will also a fun and interactive site that can help them lead a healthier lifestyle.

Who is the American College of Endocrinology (ACE)?
The mission of the American College of Endocrinology (ACE) is to provide and promote education, research, and communication in the art and science of clinical endocrinology and to provide appropriate recognition of advances and achievements relating to clinical endocrinology. Endocrinologists have specialized training and expertise in the treatment of endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid disorders, osteoporosis, hyperlipidemia and nutrition. Who is the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE)?
AACE is a professional medical organization with more than 6,000 members in the United States and 85 other countries. Founded in 1991, AACE is dedicated to the optimal care of patients with endocrine problems. AACE initiatives inform the public about endocrine disorders. AACE also conducts continuing education programs for clinical endocrinologists, physicians whose advanced, specialized training enables them to be experts in the care of endocrine disease, such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, growth hormone deficiency, osteoporosis, cholesterol disorders, hypertension and obesity.
